This is perhaps the very best position to be, right on a cliff that overlooks ocean and beaches. The sunsets are never the same; however, always breathtaking. Located on the third floor, bugs are not an issue.
The Penthouse offers an elegant open plan living area with cathedral ceiling, home to a grand piano and spacious reception area, with large terracing for watching the sun go down over the bay. Plasma TV, internet and sound system are available.
Walking distance into the center of town and many great restaurants. This is a 24 hour secure gated development and is quiet, but close to all amenities.
The main living area also has an open plan and well fitted kitchen. The penthouse is bright and breezy, with 180 degree views out to sea.
The master suite (which has a dressing area and large bathroom) is on the ocean front with a Juliet balcony.
Two further bedrooms (doubles) offer good size accommodation. One has a bathroom ensuite and there is a further shower room off the main area serving the final bedroom. A walk in laundry/pantry completes the accommodation.
The communal grounds include oceanfront pool and hot tub, which is a perfect place for those sunset cocktails
There is ample parking and within the grounds are further laundry facilities.
Electricity will be charged should the amount be more than $50 per stay. (Meter will be read on arrival and after departure). Any charge will be taken out of the security deposit.
In accordance with Community rules, this is a residential property and as such it is important that renters and respect neighbour's privacy. Loud music and noise is not acceptable and we ask that volume is turned down after 11pm. Purely to be used by family and friends and outside local guests are not encouraged without previous permission from the owner. This is enforced by on-site security.
